Heimann Sensor, azienda tedesca leader nello sviluppo e produzione di sensori IR:
termopile, sensori piroelettrici, moduli completi di elettronica, array e termocamere. PYROELECTRIC SENSORS In pyroelectric sensors a temperature change results in a change of spontaneous polarization of the sensitive material, which causes charges to built up at the electrodes. These charges are converted with an amplifier to a signal voltage at the detector output. The voltage is proportional to the incident radiation flux.
Our pyroelectric sensors, based on lithium tantalate, are distinguished by a very high detectivity. They are suited for various applications such as gas analysis, IR-spectrometry, touchless temperature measurement and security systems.
Standard sizes of the responsive element: 0.5x0.5 mm², 1x1 mm², 2x2 mm², 3x3 mm²,
Ø
Standard windows: coated germanium (Ge*) or silicon (Si*), calcium fluoride (CaF2), zinc selenide (ZnSe)
General sensor characteristics:
spectral response at least 0.8 µm to 25 µm operating temperature
Our special customer service: broad band windows (KBr, BaF2, KRS-5, sapphire), responsive elements with special sizes and shapes, multi-element and multi-spectral sensors, special amplifiers (voltage or current mode), temperature compensated or stabilized designs, sensors in special packages or with integrated optics.

THERMOPILE SENSOR
|
Thermopile Sensors generate a small thermoelectric voltage proportional to the detected radiation.
Thermopile Sensors can be used to determine surface temperatures or to measure the concentration of certain gases, like CO2, CO, N2O, hydrocarbons or anaesthetics, according to the principle of “non-dispersive infrared spectroscopy“.
Our thermopile sensors can be operated at temperatures between -20 and +
An integrated ASIC (type HIS A21) is available as an option.
In addition to the IR sensors we can offer IR lamps for up to 4.4 µm wavelength and high precision broad band IR sources for the wavelength range of 1...15 µm.
