TuneMaster Software

The TuneMaster toolset consists of three modules, each corresponding to a phase of the product life cycle: Development, Production and Support. By automating tune development in the “Application-Domain” , tuning quality is optimized based on actual application results.

In Production, this tune is automatically “personalized” for each specific scanner. And when support is necessary, systems are easily retuned to their original performance level after repair or maintenance.

Lightning Digital Servo Driver

General Scanning led the way with digital technology. Today our second-generation digital servo design achieves even higher performance. Additionally it provides dual-axis control in a form factor barely larger than many single axis boards.

Named ProSeries Scan Heads, they offer analog servo technology along with high performance galvanometers in a compact modular scan head design. The modular architecture means these scan heads are available as open scan heads or enclosed scan heads with the same components to meet your product development and product improvement needs. These core components are offered with industry standard mechanical bolt patterns, industry standard power and communication pinouts as well as a range of popular apertures, mirror coatings and lenses. These scan heads are ideal for easy OEM design integration and are also well suited as drop in replacements to reduce total system costs in applications such as marking, processing-on-the-fly, ablating, surface texturing, structuring and more. ProSeries Scan Heads make performance beam steering more accessible than ever for your system design.
